Bun B (UGK) in my opinion are the realest MF's in rap to date. Since 88's "The Southern Way", Pimp and Bun have stayed true to there roots. A good majority of new rap (new music in general really) is watered down candy coated bullshit that n a month no one is going to remember. UGK always came hard with there shit. Hearing that raw uncut heavy shit like in "I get down 4 mine" in the midst of all this bullshit comforts me in knowing that the real shit isn't entirely extinct.
