Most underrated band in modern times. They blew away all the bands they opened for...sad really

Before the commercial heavy rock industry, way back in the 70s there appeared a three piece band called Budgie from the country of Wales. They continue to perform to this day but not with the original line up. Their influence was to spread to the likes of Metallica and other big bands.....Have a listen and you'll see why!

Budgie are great. Rush are great. Why the need to pit one against the other?

In sweden more and more bands are going back to the 70s sound. Check out Graveyard.

Great trip down memory lane - I was 12 or 13 when I first heard this ... always did love that switch to the melancholy, soulful aside at 3.10 ... "loooser give it all away...." hope you're keeping well these days, Mr Shelley, wherever you are now.

Ab und zu macht es einfach Sinn & Spaß ans Original zu erinnern. Da können sich Metallica und Co. noch so sehr bemühen.

Geddy has nothing on Budgie. The only good album from Geddy Lee was the first one in the 70's

Yes, exactly the same....but it IS live here, which means this is quite rare..a band actually recording the studio album track in one go on film.

Sounds exact to the album to me.
