This not from American Bandstand. Instead of the women in the cocktail at the very start of the video we would see Dick Clark. Bandstand kids through out its history never dressed up like they were going to a debutante ball lik the ones we see in the background. They dressed like bobby soxers. This clip is from Arthur Murray's Dance Party. Please correct your title.
