Think you need to pay your dues before you can play the blues, musicians today have the licks and chops so what... what you really need to have is feeling and emotion and the giving of the self from life experiences, music is more than notes on paper, I've seen the kid twice in NY, right now he's a Clapton wanna be, hopefully he grows and learns from life's lessons than start playing the blues, remember, nothing can hit you harder then life.

i have so much respect for buddy guy for taking this young prodigy under his wing., What an amazing mentor Quinn has had. Buddy Guy is amazing and so is Quinn. Buddy gave him a chance
