I remember listening too country radio and hearing Buck's version replace Ray Price's version on the play list, at the time I coulden't understand why but today it's clear Buck's version is raw country & Ray's version had that Nashville Sound in it In my opinion The Nashville Sound was the beginning of the end of real country music

This is way back when Don Rich was the fiddle player, before he became THE sound of the Telecaster guitar. Buck taught him guitar the Buck way, and the rest is country music history.

Would you please post "Think of me"? That's a song that when I hear it, I hear its refrain over and over in my head for the rest of the day.

This is some great music. This one pre-dates the days of the Buckaroos - late 50's and very early 60's. This one has Ralph Mooney on pedal steel. I love it. Wouldn't it be great if they still made country music?
