Its a soundtrack from a Philadelphia movie, so yes it is about aids. Great film, especilly if you watch a extras with interviews with people who made it. Did you know they actually had many amatour actors with HIV in that film, many didnt make it till the day it was show to public. Seriously important movie that was back in 1993.
