Danny's accordion really makes this song. And the feeling in Bruce's voice. The Boss!

"The angels have lost their desire for us.I spoke to them just last night, they said they won't set themselves on fire for us anymore. But every summer when the weather gets hot they ride that crazy road down from Heaven - on their Harley's they come and they goSee them dressed like stars in all the cheap little sea-shore bars, parked with their baby's down on the cocomo."#Springsteen

Love me tonight, and I promise, I'll love you...forever. Still gives me goosebumps after first discovering Bruce 35 years ago.

the mind blower here for me is this: Hammersmith is not a small venue, as it appears here..it's not a sports arena or stadium, but it's not a club. Its a theater...he's performing in front of several thousand people here. and This stage has hosted Queen, Pink Floyd and I believe Zeppelin, Aerosmith...almost major rock act from the '70's at least... And here's little old Bruce, breaking out after three years of trying...the little scrapper from NJ, tearing this place to the ground
