I love how he immediately notices the couple bowhairs that give up the ghost once he starts cooking in "Picking the Devil's eye" but just goes "uh oh!" and keeps on chugging. Amazingly composed and so comfortable!

Picking The Devil's Eye is an American tune but the tune for Jack of Diamonds is Scottish in origin and is known over there as Robie Donadh Gorrach.
