great tune!*Bruce Cockburn - The Coming Rains*All day the mountains rose behind a veil of smoke from burning fieldsAnd road dust dyeing black skin bronze and the road rolling like a rough seaIt's quiet now, just crickets and a dog fight somewhere in the far awayIn my heart I hold your photographAnd the thought of you comes on like the feel of the coming rainsHot breeze ran its fingers through the long grass of a thatched roof eaveThey stuck me in the only chair they had while they cooked cassavaAnd a luckless henThey asked for one well three lanterns and 200 litres of fuel andI said, "Who, me?"And the time for planting's coming soonAnd the thought of you comes on like the feel of the coming rainsIn the town neon flickers in the ruinsSeven crows swoop past the luscious moonIf I had wings like those there'd be no waitingI'd come panting to your door and slide like smoke into your roomAll day the mountains rose behind a veil of smoke from burning fieldsAnd road dust dyeing black skin bronze and the road rolling like a rough seaIt's quiet now, just crickets and a dog fight somewhere in the far awayIn my heart I hold your photographAnd the thought of you comes on like the feel of the coming rainsAnd the time for planting's coming soonAnd the thought of you comes on like the feel of the coming rains -1995

i only have about one or two hundred 'all time favorite' bruce cockburn songs...and this is one of them! thanks for the song and great vid.i particularly like the clouds creating the crescent 'man in the moon' from 3:10 to 3:18. nicely done, especially considering bruce's love affair with the moon!
