Great Pianists

Great pianist on this, but definitely not James Blythe. I think this is likely Charlie Alexander, who sounds just a little like Luckey Roberts here. He also sounds like Pete Wendling on some of his other sides (like "Lady Love"). Mr. Alexander was from Ohio and was apparently a favorite pianist of Mr. Dodds during this period. Later, Mr. Alexander recorded with Louis Armstrong's orchestra.
