After chancing upon this video last week I had to see Brother film again. I ordered it on DVD and saw it yesterday. Kitano is such a great actor, saying so much with so little. I love the way he edits his films, alternating between contemplative stillness and violent death.I will never forget Hishashi's melody on this track. I'm playing it now on my guitar.

I haven't seen this movie in ages but... this track...Just by listening to it I can taste Denny's toothpick, hear hoops being shot in the loft and I see the accountant, the hooker-turned-girlfriend, the shot to the head and the final blaze of glory.This movie is a beautiful exploratory journey through human feelings and relationships and the soundtrack captures it brilliantly.If this track were a dude I'd so tap that.10/10
