One thing I've learned through the years, everyone has their own way of dancing at times, and even among the Gothic community, there IS a difference in their dancing. I see that you have access to SMPTE time coding. The next step is to learn how to use it: beat Length(in ms) = 60000/BPM;,so, in this case you'd have an even 400 or 800 depending how you mark the beat, Then you count beats up to your cut. (Beats * Beat length) will give you the the time of that beat so, make your cut there (or measure offset for an off-beat cut). Also, It's probabbly better to use hands/arms to cue for this type of dancing, since many industrial dancers tend to kick early and short. hope this helps.9 years ago
