After the Broken Brass Ensemble rehearsal we had a couple of hours to spare, so we arranged one of the biggest hits of the moment, 'Thrift Shop' by Macklemore & Ryan Lewis for a brass band. We were having fun with it, so we decided we'd might as well make a one-shot-video with a cheap camera we had with us to record the rehearsal.

at 0:10, the car's hood closes to the beat of the song's intro. This was why he was shaking the car while he was playing; he wasn't just hopping for no reason, he was nudging it to close the hood.
