She wrote this about her mom in 2007, and then it leaked in January 2008.I thought this leaked earlier and was recorded in 2006. Now to know that she wrote and recorded this in her breakdown time, makes this song even more tragic and sad. I always thought it's about Justin and Kevin.

I hate how one can't do covers or sample songs without getting a bunch of hate from butthurt fans of the original. And thank god it wasn't a rock song, rock fans are the worst in this. Who cares better or worse, covers are done out of admiration and most of the times they can't match the original. No one is disrespecting or ruining the original. The original is still there, untouched. Go listen to it instead and stop the damn hate. (By "hate" I don't mean the respectful opinions.)
