This song just isn't Storm, and a storm out of its element can't swell into a tempest with a monkey on its back. And make no mistake, Storm Large, queen of sultry, IS a tempest. And this stage was a monkey.

As an Aussie & an Evanescence fan, I can still remember how impressive Storm was in this performance. Agree with m curry, Toby was a filler. Storm was gracious inviting Toby to be the "hype-man"

One, the Toby character was nothing to me and most just a filler, nothing more. Two, the Gilby judge was wrong IMO on most everything. Three, this was a fantastic version. Four, I remember THIS version and looked for it year later, the other versions, not so much. All in all to me that Storm Large was not at the very least in the final two shows that it was prejudged for the Lukas character. Now, years later Large is the only one of whom I hear.

Ummmmm, that may be the first time I've ever heard someone use the term "not strong enough vocally" with regards to Storm Large. A different quality of voice is not a weakness of either voice nor technique. Not even the greatest singer alive can do justice to EVERY song around!

I just think it's not in her vocal range. Hard to reproduce Amy Lee. Storm however is very talented in her comfort zone and actually does a pretty decent job at this.
