Paul Rodgers was shit and, no disrespect to Brian, but Roger Taylor is the better singer.

AND, Brian May can SING! He's at least as good as 99% of the Pro lead singers out there.... most guitarists that I have known couldn't sing at all.

Brian May, Jimmy Page, Jimi Hendrix are all unique and fantastic guitarists but for me Brian's unique sound, as part of Queen and as a solo artist, simply does it for me, he is a perfectionist and it really does show in all his abilities!

@nazareth4372 What are you smoking? As far as technically gifted, there is no one as good as Brian May. He might not be as dexterous as Steve Howe, who played the acoustic Spanish guitar bit in Innuendo, or as fast as Eddie Van Halen. But I am pretty certain he could play all of Page's pieces, I doubt the reverse would be true. As far as technical complexity. There is no comparison.

Is that Miriam Stockley on backing vocals? I know she was on the album and part of the band, but I have never seen her in a video with Brian.

@rwaggs62 Robert Plant did "Innuendo" at the Freddie Mercury tribute concert. It was bad (look it up on here). So bad it didn't make the video of the concert!

@epic58 brian may is a fantastic player but not as technically gifted as jimmy page. not that it makes much difference. both are shit hot.

ok.. Paul hasn't gone. the contract was left open.. Paul went away to do some work with bad company. which left brian and roger to pursue their respective solo projects.

i would say, that video was created on a sound stage like in the 80s video... the shots are to clean, lead guitar solo and drum licks didn't match up.... caught ya!
