He may not be your cup of tea, so to speak, but claiming that he can't sing is just idiotic. Further, in my opinion, he has written some great lyrics as well. I'm assuming you fancy yourself a poet of sorts? I have to imagine that you aren't a very good writer yourself, when you don't even understand the difference between "excepted" and "accepted".... I haven't heard a NEW singer / band that I liked and needed to see live since 1992 when the Counting Crows came out. Brett has the makings of a great new Dylan for this generation. The songs have meaning and SOUL and I haven't cried listening to a song in a long time, Desert sunrise live did. I finally got to see him Live in NYC back in May.
