I know this, I wasn't tying his illness to the lawsuit in anyway. I can see that how it's written out may seem that way but I didn't mean they were hand in hand. I just wish him a speedy recovery.

This has nothing to do with his sickness. it's a lawsuit filed for the release of that version of that song. You didn't see anything in an interview, they have not gone to court yet, so....they cant talk about the situation.
