Nobody but NOBODY could dress up what was really a drab, dull song (even if it was a classic) and turn it into a truly inspired disco masterpiece like this but the Ritchie Family. With full props of course to Vince Montana and The Sound of Philadelphia. Has the earmarks of both all over it. And to me, it sounds as fresh and exciting as it did in 75.

Unfortunately in the UK the terrible version by Crispy and Company was hyped and made the charts, whereas this far superior version did not. The Ritchie Family version is always the one I play though.

I remember my cousin Joey showing me the dance for the song. He called it "The Brazil" and it was like the Hustle, but a lot easier to learn. He gave me his 45 and I played it all the time. Disco Diamond!!!! Awesome sound...thanks for the HQ and Long Version. I love listening to the remastered version on CD.
