V103 hosted Soul Sessions with Brandy & Monica LIVE at W Hotel Atlanta. Here, Monica & Brandy performs "The Boy Is Mine" for ONLY their second time LIVE and my camera was there to eat it UP! The show was excellent from start to finish. Oh, YES that's T.I. and Tiny rockin' it out in the front row (2:32).

That's the first time I EVER heard Brandy hit and off note! Don't do it again Beast! Here she is trying to not upstage Monica. Because we all know while monica has a fuller voice Brandy has more versatility and range.

Monica's voice is naturally heavier than Brandy's and she projects it a little better than Brandy does. It seems like their mic's were at the same volume level...which is technical error in itself. It's almost like they didn't have a soundcheck. Brandy is pushing her voice to match Monica's volume. brandy's voice is very light and delicate...her mic should be adjusted to match that. They're both great singers ...Brandy's voice is sometimes lost in the background if she's not mic'ed properly. Technically, she's one of the best singers PERIOD.
