Cities don't have beefs. That's impossible (unless its sports). Cleveland kids literally have nothing to lose. Our average household income is less than $23,000 a year. This means foreclosures and homeless people who'll do anything to get meals or liquor in most cases. Now, if you don't understand what I mean by that I'll explain. The less money you make a year, the more miserable you are. Especially in Cleveland (voted one of the most depressed cities in the United States). So, taking a life is a normal part of society here. Chicago? Of course there are parts that are violent. Chicago has been severely violent since the 20s, but cleveland is far worse. They find a body a week in Lake Erie. I just wish our news stations would report that instead of hiding their shame for our city. Lets face the facts, gang power comes down to balls. It doesn't come down to gun accuracy or gun safety. No gang member in the world knows how to shoot. Just a fact. If you think Cleveland gangs/people lack balls...you've clearly never been here. I lived in Chicago for a year and a half. You guys have balls. Cleveland has bigger balls though. There is a reason why we're called the forgotten city. It's so goddamn desolet here and gang/drug riddled...nobody came here anymore. Hence why we became forgotten.
