Our first meeting of the new year and it was quite sweet. I wasn't sure if she would be coming so I just sort of tidied up and read one of my math books to pass the time. To my delight she did come. We played a game of Sequence (she won again) and a few rounds of a card game called Memory (I was victorious here). She also showed some interest (more interest than my son does to be sure) in the math I am teaching my son. Her math skills are not quite what mine are, so I volunteered my services to her if she ever wanted them. Got some nice hugs and more "I love you"s. It seems through all of this I have achieved a perfect balance of when to be bold and when to be passive. Either way it requires work; either way it requires faith and patience. This history that is building up between us is like no other I have ever known. I love how she loves me and I pray that never changes. That is why #106 is the place for this post.
