Bob Dorough is best known for Schoolhouse Rock, but I absolutely adore his jazz work. I first discovered him on a Blossom Dearie album (Needlepoint Magic) and was captivated by his smooth, playful singing. This is another track from his delightful first album, Devil May Care. I will listen to this cd on repeat for days and days in a row. (And I have been for weeks now, which is why I'm doing a second video from it!) Most of the pictures in the montage are all over the internet, but I want to credit the portrait by Suzanne Cerny on jazz.com: http://www.jazz.com/dozens/the-dozens-essential-bob-dorough
