@Matthew U Actually more maps doesn't make LOL any better than Dota 2 I tell you cos those MAPS SUCKS BALLS! Ah you ask what advantage does LoL have over Dota 2? Yes Lol and Dota 2 came from the infamous father of MOBA called Dota. Yes, it is copied in anyway possible, but LOL has alot of difference , Like AP Scaling. Well Dota and Dota 2 players would never understand so I would explain it to you guys, for example Lion is an INT type hero, and 2 of his skill deal Magic Damage and when you already max it's 1st skill earth spike the only damage is 260 the whole game. His finger of death is 850 and can be upgrade the damage into 1025 by buying aghanims. But in LOL, Magic Damage can be upgrade more than that. AP means Ability Power, you can heighten your AP by buying AP Items. Not to mention in LOL there is Runes and masteries that boost your AP right at the start of the game. Lion is only good early to mid game, he is a nuker then became a support at the end, unless you build him dagon or whatever that gives him fire power which is limited on dota 2. Int Items don't give fire power to it's skill sets, but it only give boost damage to it's basic attacks which is not bad and give him higher mana pool. So the bottom line is, mages in LOL when it comes to scaling from early mid to late game is much better the dotas. But it doesn't stop there, there is this called Spell vamp means whenever you cast a spell, you'll heal a percentage of your HP. And there is this cooldown reduction items in Lol that reduces the cooldowns of your spells, which Dota just implement about a month ago, the Item called Octarine Core who pretty much do both spell vamp and cooldown reduction which is pretty ridiculous when you compare it the items in LOL, it cost too much and a late game item. Next is OP heroes and champ. Both has to way many OP characters on their ranks but LOL keep their OP champ in line, getting nerf every possible way. In Dota 2, there are many heroes that are not having nerfs yet, example? Slark, Nevermore and you guys guess the rest. It makes the game Imbalance, maybe that's why it's unique / hard / high difficulties, it's not the game who is imbalance, but the gameplay of it's characters. Next is the items, time to time, Lol deleted several items from their arsenals because it is becoming unhealthy to the game. Example is they deleted the chances of dodge, random is good but there is no skill is needed. Just chances. To some, that is a HARDCORE thing. To be able to slip on your opponent grasp with 1HP and dodging all of his fucking attack. I don't hate it, but it just makes the game imbalance. Next is stealth items, you have a hero who have stealth, and buy an item with stealth. Just amazing but then again, it makes the game unhealthy. Things that I mention is no way an advantage nor disadvantage on both games, just telling how big the difference is. There are more but I guess this is more than enough. And please, I play both so no hate, just stating facts here folks.

Dota2 > LoL for me.first, I'm not saying that which game is better, both are great, but dota2 is really more difficult to play and even now, they updated the patch 6.84 which extremely harder to play, so dota2 need more skill to play but LoL is not. Average player on this world is mid-rank skill and LoL have created for this kind of player. easy to learn , etc. So, newbie can learn to play LoL easily with no huge pressure, and some player are quit from dota2 to play LoL because it's too hard to them. They will have more fun on LoL because it fit their skill well. maybe I'm a noob, but in my opinion, you need 100 or even 200 games+ to practice one hero to play it best such as tinker , meepo , chen , etc. some pro player practice chen with almost 1k+ games just saying. That's why LoL have most played recently.don't flame my grammar please
