Winter Solstice Music Project 2011 - #4*A friend is posting a video a day from December 1 until the solstice. I'm sharing his offerings here.*Sure enough, this is another song I was unfamiliar with, although I hesitate to even say that, seeing as Blue Rodeo is the one of the quintessential Canadian bands, and I'm Canadian, and everything...This song is about a romantic breakup, but the setting / art direction of the video is full of northern winter / solstice imagery. Love it...

I can't stand todays country music. Mainstream country is all I hear on country stations in my area. Whatever happened to the good days where I used to hear Blue Rodeo all the time? Love these guys
