Blue Cheer is an American blues-rock band that initially performed and recorded in the late 1960s and early 1970s, and has been sporadically active since. Based in San Francisco, Blue Cheer played in a psychedelic blues-rock style, and are also credited as being pioneers of heavy metal music.

yep it's true...quicksilver have good moments.... i have bought "quite recently" their 'shady grove' and 'solid silver' albums... not really impressive... but i think that "What about me" is my fave Quicksilver album...pure hippie stuff... not really overproduced and and not "too clean" as 21st century music...it still sound natural

I'm not one of those who are fanatic of their 2 first albums... too monolitic for my taste... here they are more diverse ...they try many styles... this is good enough
