Simple, Auto-tune. That's why the Mark, Tom, & Travis show sounded so good too. To be completely honest I wish blink would use it more! I used to be entirely against auto-tune but I think since blink has such a polished sound, I'm not against it because clearly it sounds wayy fucking better. Or atleast fucking harmonize and back each others vocals up like they used to in the early enema days & prior. I absolutely love blink, but their vocals aound like shit. Esspecially these days. I've been certified in audio engineering so my ears are pretty much trained to hear the mistakes. Thats also why I can hear auto-tune from a mile away. It kinda sucks.
