Guitarist/songwriter Blake Mills performs a song from his debut record, Break Mirrors.

Eric Clapton really likes this guy. Probably reminds him of JJ Cale. I like this because it is straight up and minimal. Been a musician all my life, 20 years as a pro, Used to love all the gear, now, not so much. Enjoy seeing players get the most out of the least amount of gizmos. Go Blake!

+Carsten Wendler He hinted on Twitter that what happens to the C# isn't a 7th chord! I don't know what it is but ever since he said that it's driving me crazy

The chords are easy to get down. The right hand part is where it gets tricky with this song. He starts out alternating between C# and from what I believe is C#+7 then slide one up to D, then it's F#m and the chorous is A and D. Good luck!

I really admire this cat and his comments and riffs on Vice exploring eastern tonal variations on his bloody friggin TELE'. Awesome.
