@miked4309 She was real picky probably.. till how old again? I am not too sure of her politics, but I am guessing in her younger yrs, she was left wing. Juliana strikes me as someone who lives in a white world, but preaches equality, but won't live where the minorities do or anything. Either way though I like her music.

@pelicanmouse Me too.. I never saw them live. I got into BB in 2002 or so. I got God Bless the Blake Babies. I did follow Juliana Hatfield to a good degree too. This band along with Lemonheads and Dinosaur Jr helped make up Bostons alternative scene back then. It was thriving in the 90s I do know that and now Portland Oregon is the place to go for bands like this.

I love this band ! ' wish I had been in boston during that city's post punk heyday . Unfortunately back then I was in Miami selling coke . I'm not saying the money wasn't any good ( my booger sugar was STELLAR !! ) or that I had any trouble getting a leg over when nature called ... bet I screwed more tawny vixens during those years than juliana and Freda combined actually ... ( also wasn't Freda a virgin till she was like 26 ? ) whatever I just couldnt hang with the bands' love of fast food
