So everyone likes to say "Oh my god, Florida Georgia Line's version sucks blah blah blah" but then again this song has 470k views and FGL's has 27 million. Well I think we all know who's version is better (FGL).

Like many I heard Florida Georgia Line's version first. I'm relieved to know this is the original...and that the original is actually good music.Why did FGL take these lyrics and put it to the melody of 3 Doors Down "Here Without You"? No one wants to hear that.

My personal opinion: They are equally great. Depending on my mood I would listen to both versions. FGL sang this song in a beautiful country rock sort of way but the original rock version is beautiful as well. (:

I didn't know FGL's version was a cover, so I looked up the original, and daaammnnnn. I know I know I know, FGL isn't traditional country, I KNOW. I like the band. I have to say though, this original is the best hands down.
