Maravillos sorpresa. Si escuchas con los ojos cerrados el tema de este vídeo creerás oír al mismísimo Phil Lynott y a los mejores Thin Lizzy renacidos. En realidad hablamos de los miembros que quedan de aquella mítica banda irlandesa. El grupo está auspiciado por los guitarristas Scott Gorham y Damon Johnson, más el carismático vocalista Ricky Warwick, que se ven reforzados por dos nuevas figuras para hacerse cargo de la base rítmica: Robbie Crane al bajo y Jimmy DeGrasso a la batería, Todos ellos cuentan con la producción de Nick Raskulinecz (Foo Fighters, Rush, Mastodon,..) que ha conseguido un sonido añejo que les hace tronar como una banda clásica. Así nos encontramos con temas contundentes de rock como: "The killer riders", "Bullet Blues", "Finest Hour", "Blindsided" y "You Little Liar" o ese "Sex, Guns & Gasoline" que no engaña a nadie. El álbum fue grabado el pasado octubre en un estudio de Nashville, Tennesse (EE.UU.). Se agradece este nuevo disco tras su debut en 2013 con el álbum “All Hell Breaks Loose” vuelven con riff, pedales y la voz protagonista de Warwick cantando. La leyenda continua con estos dignos herederos de Thin Lizzy.Música independiente novedades.

This band continues to deliver great songs and lyric. This is what Lizzy would have sounded like today, Phil would be proud of this. Sometimes you have to move on a bit and these guys always respect the legacy, but t its time that they enjoyed the adulation of their achievements so far. But as they continue to prove, there is so much more.......count me in!

BSR are good band no doubt, some great musicians involved, but anyone who says this is modern day Thin Lizzy is wrong i think.. TL were of their time and outstanding,,. if Philip was alive and Lizzy going strong with him and Scott reunited, do you really think they would sound anything like this? Philip with his love for dance and modern music would defo have made sure Lizzy were not putting out new music that had the old classic sound.. sure they would have done tours with the hits but new stuff i think would defo have been cutting edge, thats if he even decided to use the TL name to realise new stuff.. nothing against these guys, scott especially is a great guy, but as he himself said when doing interview for 21 guns.. ' ah man dont ask me about Thin Lizzy, they are in the past, im moving on'
