"Paranoid", live at Worcester, MA on 11/4/1983 with Ian Gillan. Gillan does a pretty good job, just a couple minor lyrical flubs, but he's totally redeemed when Iommi goes into the most killer solo I've ever heard him play for this song. Of course, they end with the "Heaven and Hell (reprise)", which I've always liked. Just a really good performance. Enjoy!

I really like the way he screams over the "Heaven and Hell" riff. Such a great singer, even if I think Paranoid is really an Ozzy song, just a matter of feeling, there's nothing wrong in the way ian Gillan or Ronnie James Dio sing it

The singing here sounds too relaxed than the others. He sings like he’s feeling better about how he is compared to Ozzy and Dio. I do say this, Gillan is the 2nd best singer, while Ronnie is the best.

gillan was better as a deep purple singer . he only took this gig for the CRAIC ...of which he had much .

a few years latter, perfect strangers, Deep purple, Gillan did well with both jobs. we could have done with more, works with Gillan from both bands.

The Lonely Rocker thinks Ozzy does a better job on that than Ian Gillan. Though Ian is not so bad either.

Wow Gillan absolutely rocks when he sings that little bit of Heaven and Hell at the end!

Came for the high pitched screams in the outro, wasn't disappointed.
