I remember over 20 years ago watchin this at 1 of my friends house and singing the praises of B.C. and tellin him this is 1 of the best bands ever, just you watch. He gave the old "you just like them cuz its new, in a couple of years you want even remember who they are". I said "I will be jamming to this band 10 years from now. I promise. I know real music when I hear it". Well its been well over 20 years and this is still the best band that has ever made music. I'm 43 and know my Rock n Roll!

I love Anton Fig, but I hate that he drummed for all these great acts. Where's Steve Gorman? His groove was the heart and soul of this song...

@jdcovington He did indeed. Later in that same show he further mused: "that's just good old fashioned 'turn-the-dump-over-go-home-with-the-waitress' kinda Rock and Roll, isn't it Paul?". Classic Letterman.

I remember when I first heard the Black Crowes. It was a time when there was an endless parade a roots rock bands, and I thought, here's just another flash in the pan band. Boy was I wrong. These guy were/ARE the real deal. So many bands at that time were just trying to sound like early 70's bands in order to make a hit. The Black Crowes are just trying to make great music....and they do it very successfully.
