Could it be,Mr Hughes,that those unique music scenes are created by souls who have reincarnated from former lives, around that neighbourhood at the beginning of the industrial area?Ad that they reincarnated in the last century in the 1940's and '50's in order to sublimate they former life ,for general prosperity and general benefit?12 years ago
