This is American singer Charvanni. After Dreamland, she replaced stage performer only Katrin Quinol. I met Charvanni in San Francisco during Black Box's 1995 revival appearances. She gave props to both Martha Wash and Loleatta Holloway for creating the songs she performed for us.
