Mr Mister

I feel u. I'm westcoast and many might feel that Cali niggas aint lyrical. I love that old school grimmy NY shit, with tight lyricism..but at the same time, I love that funk coming out the west as i'm rolling down the street or party. if im at a club that dirty south shit gets it crunk..point: hip hop is universal

Dude spit his heart out I give him that. But it still doesn't take away from the fact that these are such basic rhyme patterns. Not only are his rhymes no impressive but it's genuinly taking a step back from where the more complex rhymers today are headed. Of course i'm gonna get the fuck off and die responses, rhyming isn't everything. Yeah it's not, but it's an aspect to MC'ing...a very important one. Hating/liking something is subjective. Proving a lack of good rhymes can be proven.

@MrEdHizay cause dre knows how to take something he didn't do and make it gold. he's also one of the best mixers. i wasn't saying dre is a total fake but he doesn't make things from scratch by himself. it's just true. go find the video where tupac says dre was doing nothing at death row but putting his name on other producers' tracks and taking years to do one track. everything dre did on 2001 was co-produced with mel-man and/or elizondo + storch for "still d.r.e.".

@raspberrysyrup aight u right but the thing is i like his music if he just takes it why can,t any other people come out with the same shit t hough?

@MrEdHizay are you joking, dre has been famous for taking credit from everyone's shit since the beginning of time and everyone knows it. tupac said the same thing, find the video. dre doesn't even do anything himself, he's admitted his talent is just knowing what he wants and perfecting it until it gets there. dre is dope and the best but he puts his name on a lot of things he didn't do. he didn't make kush (he mixed it, dj khalil produced it) and i need a doctor was produced by alex da kid.

bishop lamont with dre this is a vintage dre track sounds like its from the chronic haters hate on dre and say he isnt soulful and he is to mainstream dre makes tracks that are epic he has the ability to create that bridge between underground and mainstream its just the right balance if i remember correctly i think dre was one of the first big producers to use sped up vocal samples in a soulful epic way for example little ghetto boy and people discredit him cuz he uses live musicians
