This is the first version of this song that I've heard. Reading through the comments i then listened to Fleet Foxes and others. I see no real difference on who is more emotional or what. You people are just too emotionally attached to your favorite singers lol. What's even funny is some people commenting that this is nothing compared to their "Favorite" like if like they can actually see the notes flying in the air and decide "meh that's nothing" #ViewersGoneMusicExpertsNow

This is probably musically the best version because of the haunting aspect. ..but yeah the Pentonix version is more interesting in the video. ..the original isn't that spectacular in comparison, so it's weird it's been covered so many times.

Perhaps it has a lot to do with which I listened to first...or it's my opinion that this is the best version of the song so far. Her singing makes me emotional and her voice allows me to momentarily drift into imagination-so angelical, yet so melancholy and filled with regret.

A nice rendition, but bot as good as Pentatonix. Theirs is actually the first rendition of the song I had ever heard; since discovering it, I have researched the song and listened to multiple versions (including the original by Fleet Foxes). While the original of anything will always have a place (it is the original, after all), I have to say that the Pentatonix cover is the best version of the song I have heard yet.
