The only reason this album was "panned" was because of the nerd rage of the losers who hung out in alt.cyberpunk on USENET and thought Billy was co-opting their idiotic "movement." If you want a laugh at their idiocy, go to groups.google.com and take a look at alt.cyberpunk in 1993. It wasn't Billy Idol that over-used the word "cyber," it was the Willam Gibson fanboys and Wired Magazine.
