This is a video celebrating the birth of Beyonce and Jay-Z's newborn baby girl, Blue Ivy Carter. I cannot describe how happy I am for them, I know how much this baby girl is going to mean to Bey. She's wanted to be a mother for a while now, and I can't think of any woman more fit for the job. She's a beautiful person inside and out, and I know that Jay and her will put their heart and souls into bringing this child up to be a wondeful person.
