Hello to all my loves! For the past 3 years, I've been working with other artists and neglecting my own career in the process. It wasn't all bad because it allowed me to find my voice again!
Now, I'm finally back in the studio and have started recording again! For me! Recently, I picked out a handful of songs that touch me, and remade them. Honestly, i've been trying to find a cover for this song for the past four hours. and you can bet that i am sick and tired of this song until i finally heard this cover. this was by far the best cover i have heard for this song. the Kings of Leon addition was a nice touch. and you were able to capture the spirit and soul of this song through your own singing prowess.but i one main, probably most annoying, dislike about this cover is how you didn't do a full cover of the original song. i do not know the reasoning behind this, but i really do believe that your covering of the whole song would be on par with the original. i feel that those last words of the song are such a crucial part that it is really hard to love your cover because those words carried weight.i do not mean to bash but your cover is like an unfinished bridge. i really wish and hope you'd do a full cover soon.10 years ago
