Er, and what about the dudes in "Evanescense" playing Ben Moody's, Jon LeCompt and Rocky Grays music. Is that not three people trying to imitate the unique music of others? Obviously they looked for another similar singer as that's their style, and Amy did the same thing! The fact that Amy kept the name doesn't make her band any less of a knock off band! Ben making money out of Amy? Who is still playing Bens songs? Why isn't "her" band called Amy Lee instead of Evanescense - perhaps she's still making money out of the legacy of her musical relationship with Ben? Lets face it Ev of today is Amy Lee and her latest backing band. The driving songwriter in Evanscense was Ben. Bens band is more Ev than Amy's band. And they sound like Evanescense because they ARE! lol wasnt it Amy who wrote a song about Shaun Morgan from seether XD. "Call me when your sober" just saying.... not hating on amy I LOVE evanescence. but i also see it from Bens part of the story. and what you call a "knock off bandt" not trying to defent them but in that band are 3 original members of Evanescence. I'm fan of Eva about 11years.But my thought is, Ben should stay cuz Eva is not perfect now. I want old Evanescence! Amy should know that! Ben is a perfect musician. I love Ben, I love Amy. No. Ben wrote this and other songs about it all WHEN he left Ev, it's understandable; he was hurt, cause he didn't wanted to do what he had to do in that moment, that's normal. I don't hate ben. The thing is that EVEN AFTER leaving Ev he is trying to make money out of Amy. Writes songs about her, still talks about Ev and creates an 'Evanescence' knock-off band. Not that I hate WATF, it's that Carly has become an Amy copycat.12 years ago

Honestly "Fallen" is one of my most favorite albums of all time, and Ben Moody is a great song writer, instrumentalist, and vocalist, but Evanescence has become their own entity. Even though their music changes styles slightly each album they are still a great band. Yes, it is a shame that Amy Lee and Ben Moody aren't co-operating anymore but it was obviously for the best that the group split.12 years ago
