Was standing with all my mates just near the front when everyone was bumping to the beat, as a long time Beastie fan even I was surprised how good the crowd were for the gig, it went off the hook pretty quick. Mixmaster Mike opened with a slick scratch set. The whole place caked in mud on a cold wet Scottish summer day. Just before it kicked off the first 20 metres of space in front the stage was a mud pool that people were running into and in some cases belly flopping and sliding through it. That space got filled the moment Mixmaster Mike stepped on stage. Us Scots don't let no rain get in the way of a good gig, too used to it ;-)10 years ago
