Incredible album, such a new, original sound for the time and what's awesome is that this was practically a solo effort.Beatles albums all had so many people working on them. This is one guys inspiring musical vision which is what (for me) makes it so special!

One direction can't sing as well as the beach boys... but if they ever did cover beach boys that would be pretty respectable. Even though all of their fans are tweeny girls it would still introduce the beach boys to a lot of young kids

One Direction should do some Beach Boys covers. Would really suit them. Probably be better covers than the originals are (as technology has increased and how they are better singers etc etc)
