This. This sort of shop should've existed in botw! Hugely missed opportunity! Maybe a place at Kara Kara Bazaar, somewhere in the foothills of Death Mountain, or Tarry Town. Or maybe have kilton have a relative that loves monsters - not as much as kilton however - but uses the monster parts to amplify weapons, increase their durability, or repair them when they get to the point of badly damaged. A couple small side quests will unlock stronger, better optimized weapons and so forth. I feel bad selling or cooking the star fragments
