Very sad that the Bay City Roller were ripped off by Accountants in Britain with tax havens to reduce tax but were not able to access deserved income from their careers. Disgraceful! Maybe the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow Scotland can get them to perform at both the Opening and Closing Ceromony?

That Howard Cosell show ran a month or two before the premiere of the sketch show known as SNL. Howard's ABC show was originally known by the full title of "Saturday Night Live With Howard Cosell", but the BCR never made an apprearance on the first season of the NBC comedy revue that's still running today. Back in the first season, a Roller fan like me would've liked the hit "Saturday Night" as the intro theme, even if that show has always tried to lean more to a hipster crowd.

Yes, he also sang lead on 'Here comes that feeling again'. When he left Rollers, he did a single called 'I'm Confessing'. Its here under 'Alan Longmuir, I'm Confessing'. He's my fave and will always love him. Did you know recently someone did a BCR play? Alan was there. What a lovely man.

Sweetie, you are not the only one. They were on Saturday Night with Howard Cosell. Also on a program called Saturday Night Live [don't know if that means the SNL skit show or not]. I would love to see both these shows. I just got Leslie McKeown's book 'Shang-A-Lang'. He's a smart man and very insightful.
