A well crafted cover. Sounds really good, if not even a bit 'Devo' influenced.

@sirdemonbrown Brian, I had forgotten we played that first show. Now that I think about it it was at a house on Buena Vista and Vic play on his own porch just down the street. Give me a date, a set list and let's talk to John. I think it would be blast!

@jhviewer We haven't played a gig since 1996 so we haven't had much success. :) That said we only played three gigs in total. The 1st was to a packed crowd at Frijoleros, which sadly closed long ago. The 2nd was the gig at the 40 Watt, where there were several hundred people. The last was at the Washington Street Tavern. It was a packed gig as well but the place could only hold 100 people at most. I think I speak for the rest of the guys... We did the gigs because we love XTC.

@megerfen Just wondering how much success you're having as an XTC cover band - don't take that the wrong way, if I had the talent to be on stage covering anyone XTC would be high on my list, and maybe #1, but their audience is limited vs so many mainstream (less talented) acts....Of course Athens is a town that would appreciate such an act :-)

Indeed. We took the name to pay homage to a great band. Besides XTC wasn't using the name at the time. ;)
