240p, coz it's KVLT! Way better than all this melo-black shit. Seriously, Emperor, THIS is how black metal is played! Hail Quorthon, hail Bathory, hail the hordes!

The very beninning of black metal was Venom. And first wave of black metal started with Venom. Bathory came later. Venom's first album ''Welcome To Hell'' is 1981. Bathory's first album ''Bathory'' was released in 1984.

Its fucking Bathory. Who gives a fuck about which microsubgenre you wanna classify it.

what i'm saying is that the first wave of black metal started with bathory, and kreator has nothing to do with black metal

So, tell why lot's of people say that Venom's Black Metal, Kreator's Endless Pain, Celctic Frost Morbid Tales, or Mercyful Fate's Melissa, are from the "first wave of black metal" haha The first black metal album is Bathory's The Return.....

both the first and second wave were both black metal, the only difference is that the second wave is norwegian black metal, while the first was swedish and it was the very beginning of black metal

Watain are one of my favorite bands, elitists always tell me they're not real black metal. So annoying.

this is black metal not first wave black metal. first wave black metal is not a genre, it's an era of thrash metal, and was darker thrash with Satan.
