Honestly I came into this expecting not to like it all that well, because I'm a big fan of Peter Gabriel and the original song, and not so much of modern artists reimagining classics. But I'm kind of fascinated by this version. Where PG's version seems sort of warm and saturated with life, this one feels cold and radiates emptiness, in a way that I think was intended. Very interesting take on it to me, and I'm sure I'll be giving it a few repeated listenings.
