The original of this is from Exotica which is frankly a terrible album. Most of the songs on it were murdered by the producer....in my opinion. Which is a shame because it could have been really good.

@TheRealShyBoy This should have been a number 1 hit. One of the best songs on the album, which I also agree was great. You are not alone. If they got promoted like regular artists this would have been successful, but unfortunately record companies don't promote them (and this is a fact, I was told that directly from their former record company polygram, which really pissed me off. And a radio producer who loved "help" , was not allowed to play it because it was by Bananarama).12 years ago

While I find Exotica to be one of their weaker albums, I still like it. My issue also lies with the poor production. The vocals are too prominent on most of the tracks. It makes the whole thing sound rather odd. The new material itself is quite good, along with the updated demos. I actually like the remakes of their prior hits, especially Cruel Summer.12 years ago

I don't get how Bananarama HATE this album??? I feel that tracks liek this 'Crazy' are a nice return to 1984 Bananarama's beautiful in sync harmonies which are nice and dark. And 'If' is one of their BEST Electronic Dance trax!!!12 years ago

I love Exotica, one of their BEST albums. Tracks like Crazy and What You Gonna Do were a pure BREATH of FRESH AIR and back to the more darker melodic Nana I love like Trick Of The Night... And as far as 'If', what a KILLER Electro Dance track, LOVE!13 years ago

@iamwhoiamwhoiammark2 The thing is.....I can't tell that much difference from the album and demo versions? I really do like the album, the track in exception being 'I Heard A Rumour' but that's just me because I don't like that song anyway. The songs they didn't include on 'Exotica' (9 I think?) would make up a whole album.....I wish.13 years ago
