This is number two in my moderately ambitious joint self realization/Barriemore Barlow tribute scheme - to do all drum parts of Jethro Tull's 'Minstrel in the Gallery' album. Stay tuned for more - click subscribe.

- A few mistakes as usual, but that just proves I'm human. (Jethro Tull obviously are robots - with big hearts and a good sense of humour)

I like the way you notice the errors - shows you care. You've nailed this! :)

Yes and no about breathing it for months, this was one late evening of recording this song. But I've been listening to this album since I was 8 years old, so the songs stick in the head, although playing it on drums is quite a bit harder, even if you think you know the song. Thanks a lot for your kind comment!

Crikey! Given a few tiny errors, you really have just about nailed it! "Minstrel" is also my favourite Tull album. You must have lived and breathed this great track for months! Thanks for posting. I had a ball watching! (Love the "Big Bottomed Frauline" interlude). You are a talented dude!

@giamoyable Thank you. Minstrel was always my favourite album, and I must mention that though Glascock is good, Minstrel was recorded with Hammond-Hammond on bass (AFAIK), and I think he is to blame for the crazy cool bassline on the title song. Also, he is the crazy brain & voice behind 'The Hare who lost his Spectacles' - great stuff :)
